My Favorite Site!

There are several types of sites which are online services, commercial sites, institutional sites and media sites. My favorite sites is MEDIA SITES. Kenapa saya memilih media sites? It is because that I think the sites is more suit to me and the content is more to entertainment such as TONTON online.. 

Selain daripada social networking, my favorite website is OH BULAN.. It is an entertainment blog that were update all the latest information about movie and gossip dalam and luar negara.. Yeahh I think one of the reason why I like this blog because I love gossip.. hehe.. Honestly, I preferred entertainment news than a hard news or politics.. I dont really read about current issue except for the topics yg boleh menarik minat saya utk membaca..

I do read an online news but ya only for entertainment news.. I know that I'm such a bad person yg kdg2 tak tau ape2 yg terjadi disekeliling kita but What can I do? HAHA.. Hope that I will  change my attitude.. I want to be a journalist but if you ask me about current issue definitely I will blur.. hehe So maybe I lebih sesuai jadi Entertaintainment journalist kot.. hmm InsyaAllah..

Pelik rasanya when I have to cover an event about Liverpool FC.. Of course I'm not a Liverpool fans because I am a MANCHESTER UNITED supporters.. HAHA.. but it's okay and nak buat mcm mana kan now tgh kecoh about LIVERPOOL, ARSENAL and CHELSEA coming to Malaysia.. and only this event yang boleh kami fikir immediately..hehe back to our topic, my team members went to Pavilion KL last Wednesday to join the Standard Charted Liverpool FC Fanzone.. The objective of the event is "BRING ANFIELD TO MALAYSIA FOR LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB FANS".. So, sapa2 yg minat Liverpool tu xpayah laa sampai nak ke Liverpool untuk merasai suasana di stadium mereka.. 

There are lots of activities for this event such as foosball challenge, X-box face off, football speedometer, blazing dribbler, face painting and tattoo for free. Other than that, Liverpool's fans also get an opportunity to meet their idol because 6 of Liverpool's players (Andy Carroll, Jamie Carragher, Christian Poulsen, Sotirios Kyrgiakos, John Flanagan, Raul Maierles) will spend time with their fans on Friday. I am sure that Liverpool's fans were excited to meet their legend because bukan selalu pun dapat peluang berjumpa dengan mereka ataupun mungkin ini adalah yg pertama dan terakhir dalam seumur hidup..

Even though I am not a Liverpool's fans but I was enjoyed to joining the event.. I think Standard Charted  doing a good job to do this kind of event because this is the first time Liverpool came to Malaysia and Liverpool is one of the English football club yg ramai fans kat Malaysia.. So, dgn adanya event mcm ni, tentu ramai yg excited nak join this event. Hitz.Fm was the official radio and for those yg participate in their activities will get the training pass, match tickets, Liverpool goodies bag and the special prizes, framed Liverpool FC jersey which was signed by 20 players. Rasanya belum terlambat utk says congrats to Liverpool FC because menang dgn Malaysia semalam.. and for Malaysian's team good luck for upcoming match with Singapore :)

Our first T A S K !!

hello !! this week, we have been given new tasks for the MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY subject. Ms.Nabila asked us to introduce myself and discuss and provide an opinion on MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY.. yeah it sounds simple but IT IS NOT.. hehe..Ok now let me introduce myself.. my full name is NOOR AIN BINTI NORMAN.. my birthday is on September 12 1989.. doing my Second Year Bachelor in Mass Communication, majored in Journalism in SEGi University College, Kota Damansara. I'm  a very simple person but sometimes I'm a bit fussy in everything.. I love MUSIC... love to listen any genre of music as long as it is a nice song.. hehe nothing much about myself plus I am not used to share personal things to others... probably because I am a shy person.. pemalu sangat kan.. haha..

Yeah now I want to share with you my opinion about MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY. At first, when I know that i will take this subject, agak risau sebab nampak macam susah.. lagi-lagi about technology which is I am not extremely with that.. haha but Alhamdulillah after attended two classes with Ms.Nabila, I think this subject is not as bad as i thought.. hehe..

it's all about MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY

what is  MEDIA TECHNOLOGY? According to PC Magazine Encyclopedia it is refer to a generic term for the many different forms of electronic communication that are made possible through the used of computer technology. New media includes website, chat rooms, email, online communities, DVD and CD ROM media,  web advertising and mobile computing.

before this, we was discussed about the used of media technology for us, now I want to discuss about the used of media in schools. sekarang ni kalau kita lihat kanak-kanak pon dah pandai guna teknologi.. why? because mereka dah didedahkan dengan teknologi semasa di sekolah lagi.. There are two major approaches to using media and technology in schools. First, students can learn “from” media and technology, which means referred to in terms such as instructional television, computer-based instruction, or integrated learning systems. Second, they can learn “with” media and technology, referred to in terms such as cognitive tools and constructional learning environments. Examples of cognitive tools include: databases,

spreadsheets, semantic networks, expert systems, communications software suchas teleconferencing programs,on-line collaborative knowledge construction environments, multimedia construction software, and computer programming languages.

I think dengan menggunakan media technology in schools, it helps to improves students performance because they can expose in the technology and improves motivation, attitude and interest. If they only referred to book I am very sure that the learning process become bored. with the technology, students more creative to produce their work. I still remember when I'm in secondary school, we only have mahjong paper to present our work.. It looks boring kalau present just atas kertas putih right? So, nowadays I'm sure there was no mahjong paper anymore because they can present with power point which is your content akan nampak lebih cantik, creative and professional. School performance also might be improves when students use challenging and technology applications designed to develop basic skills and knowledge...

As a conclusion, the used of media technology in schools is the best way to improves students performances and to attract students to be more interested in their study. It is also good if the child have been exposed from childhood as they should be trained from the beginning...

Yeahh.. I'm done with my first post and will be continued for our grouping article :)

Wow.. this is my first time I'm in the blog world.. I never thought to create a blog but for the Media Technology subject, we are asked by Ms. Nabila to have our own blog .. thanks to miss because I think if you  do not asked us for this blog, I'm sure that I will NEVER create the blog.. HEHE
